Driver qualifications entail more than just having an applicant fill out an employment application. Investigations, physicals, and road tests must be performed and documented in order to be in compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. U.S. DOT auditors thoroughly check these files to ensure that drivers are qualified. Tran Services can check your Driver Qualification & History Files for violations of the U.S. DOT rules. Of course, we are even tougher than an auditor - and you will not pay us any fines!

THE REVIEW PROCESS: For each of your files you mail in, we review all the forms and documentation to ensure they are complete. We check the physical form, the statement of violations, and the driver license expiration dates. And most importantly, we have a controlled system to ensure that those forms are renewed in time. We also will perform the investigation into safety performance history and order driving records.

REPORT: You will be furnished with a report stating missing information, past-due expiration dates, and those that are about to expire. Anything that is not in compliance with the regulations will be detailed on this report.

FEES:

Continuous Monthly Driver Qualification Review Service for one time review and monthly updating - initial $35.00 per CDL driver and $25.00 for each Non CDL driver to set up Driver Qualification and History File, then $7.50 per driver each month thereafter, to maintain the driver's file.

Upon completion of the review, we will return all files and submit the reports to you.

START TODAY: For the continuous service, you can pay the initial per driver fee by check, MasterCard or VISA, and after initial set up of your driver, you will be billed $7.50 per driver each month thereafter, for the Continuous Monthly Driver Qualification Review Service.
